So as promised I will try this year to post weekly meal plans that may help you all when it comes to vegan eating.
Here is generally I ate last week. Below the table are links to the recipes I used. The breakfasts are general, no recipe required. Just boil water, add whatever grain indicated, cook, serve and enjoy.
