As you all have probably read in my post from yesterday, I am trying to consume one meal a day that is just fruits. I have found that I particularly don’t like sitting down and eating 5-6 peaches in one sitting. A way around this is smoothies!
This morning was the perfect time to get that fruit meal in, so I decided to make a peachy strawberry banana smoothie. Takes 3 minutes to make and fills you up for hours!
Rainy Day Smoothie
Makes: 10 L Prep-Time: 5 minutes
- 3 peaches
- 3 nectarines
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- Ice cubes
- Pit your peaches and nectarines.
- Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend till smooth.
