Carrot Mango Smoothie

Makes: 3 servings Prep-Time: 10 minutes

Nutrients:

  • 10-12 carrots (or 3 cups of carrot juice)
  • 3-4 mangoes, skin removed
  • Ice
  1. Using a low speed juicer, juice all carrots.
  2. In a blender, combine carrot juice and mangoes. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice to blender and blend.
