Starting a new goal is always so tough. I find keeping your motivation up especially difficult during temptations and weak moments.
I have started to drill into my head daily affirmations to keep me going during the tough times.
It takes 3 months = 12 weeks = 84 days to have noticeable differences in one’s body. This is only true if you put the time in to nutritionally satisfy but not over saturated your body and if you pound in daily sweat routines. YICKS!
This seems like forever! Yet some how when we don’t put the effort in, 3 months still comes and goes. Might as well suck it up and do what needs to be done so that in 3 months you will be a fitter happier you.
